Building up your own business requires many things. You have to consider the amount you will invest for your business, the legality of your business, the time and the place where and when would it be the best to build it.

My uncle asked for my opinion for his plan of making a business since he saw that my business is growing and earning more profit each year. He was planning to build a small convenient store because it was his dream in life but his capital was not enough for making it. I told him to make Business Loan from an organization where I borrow money before. I also made Business Loans for additional capital on my business. The organization gives Small Business Loans for those people who want to build up their business but doesn’t have enough working capital. Then I helped him to go to the organization to asked for the loan. Since the manager was a close friend of mine, it was not hard for us to borrow and within just 3 days, the loan was approved and we got the money.

Now my uncle is trying his best to improved his business and I with his dedication in his work, I can see that he will become successful in his business.

Promotion

During these days, finding a job takes time and more effort for those who doesn’t have yet experience. Most of the companies and institutions this time hiring employees who has atleast two years or a year working on his proffession. For the fresh graduate college student, since it is hard for them to get a job with their proffession due to lack of experience, they accept the offers which doesn’t have connection with their degree and the worst thing is that they get lower salary since they are just gaining for an experience.

I am one of those fresh graduate college student. I have graduated with a  bachelors degree but still, it was hard for me to get a job for the reason of lacking experience. I have applied for many positions in different companies but unfortunately, I can’t find one which would hire me on higher position. So I thought I have to be first at lower position and work hard to get promoted and have the position that I want. So I have looked for lower position and I have accepted the offer of one manager to be a sales lady at their department store. I don’t have any idea about my new job so my manager took me to Cellit Mobile Marketing department to have the exact knowledge about my new job. At first, I thought it was hard to understand job because unlike others, this job includes the understanding of Short codes that your co workers used. But since I am doing it all over again, I have enjoyed it and loved my work for me not to have problem.

And now, I have worked for about four years and my manager saw my effort and he then gave me the position I want since then. One just to have work hard and ofcourse love their work if they want to be promoted.

It was on my third year high school days when my classmate said that they were going to Los Angeles to stay for good. Since then I have promised to myself that I will follow her to LA because I thought living there would be better than living in my country. Now I am already a high ranker on my company, I doubt it if I would have a better life and to make it sure, I wrote a letter for my high school mate where I have asked if there were available positions on companies at Los Angeles Industrial Space where he lives.

He replied to my letter and said that there were still company positions available but it has many requirements needed for me to get one of those position. So I have decided not to go there but rather love my work here. I will just do my best and work hard to get the highest rank on my company.
